Preparing for publication: this describes the current features and data handling. Operator details, retention periods and reasons, and the support process still require confirmation before public release.
What ito does
ito collects photos, videos and messages and displays them in the app, on tablets and other screens. Album management, account creation and settings belong in the app. The Web supports submissions, sharing viewers, downloads, invitation/transfer guidance, PC display and a dedicated deletion portal. Deletion verification is not general Web sign-in.
Accounts and links
When identity verification is required in the app or operator console, use your own Google account. General Web submissions and public sharing viewers do not require an ito account login. Manage your account and sharing links carefully; do not disclose credentials or links to unintended recipients. Links and permissions determine what someone can view or submit.
Content and other people's rights
Obtain any necessary permission from people shown in photos or videos and from rights holders before submitting. Do not infringe privacy, image rights, copyright or other rights. Check the audience and sharing settings, and do not redistribute received content without the necessary permission.
Prohibited use
Do not impersonate others, gain unauthorized access, misuse accounts or links, submit unlawful or harassing content, or disrupt the service through excessive requests.
Intellectual property and display
Submitting content does not itself transfer ownership of your photos or videos to ito. Content is stored, converted, displayed, shared and downloaded according to the service features and settings. This description does not establish additional rights to use content for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Deletion and purchases
Account deletion cannot be undone. Owned albums must first be deleted or transferred. See the deletion page and Privacy Policy for what is deleted and retained. Account deletion does not automatically cancel store contracts or issue refunds. Check your store purchase status if you have made purchases.
Changes, interruptions and limitations
Available features depend on app versions, album settings, capacity and usage periods, network conditions and other factors. Features may change, and maintenance or failures may prevent access. Keep your own copies of important data. This is not an unconditional guarantee of continued service or storage, and does not exclude statutory user rights.
Items requiring confirmation before release
Operator and contact details, the effective date, notice of changes, liability scope, governing law and dispute resolution remain unconfirmed. Do not treat this page as final terms resolving those items.
Contact / unable to use the app
The public operator contact channel is being prepared. See the dedicated account deletion page. Processing and notification procedures, and handling individual content or retained-record requests, still require confirmation before release. You can also ask the album administrator about content deletion.
